Returns Policy

This policy applies to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Consumer protection regulations, such as the 14-day cooling-off period, do not apply.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We take great care in packaging and dispatching our goods. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim, please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or error. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit note at our discretion.

2. General Returns

Due to the nature of our products (raw materials for formulation), we do not accept returns for goods that are correctly supplied but no longer wanted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is suitable for their needs before ordering. We encourage ordering samples if you are unsure.

3. How to Initiate a Return
