These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Bio Fibre Solutions website and the purchase of any goods from it. These terms apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions only.

  • "You", "Your", "The Customer" refers to the business entity purchasing goods from us.
  • "Goods" means the raw materials and products supplied by us.

2. Account & Orders

To place an order, you must be a registered and verified business. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts on behalf of your business. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the goods. An order is not confirmed until you receive a formal order confirmation from us.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added at the prevailing rate at checkout. Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Use of Goods

The Goods supplied are raw materials intended for further processing and formulation by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Goods and any final products you create comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the jurisdiction in which they are marketed and sold. We make no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of the Goods for your specific application.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any Goods purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of those Goods. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this website.
